How we work & fees

Engagements are scoped individually. After an initial consultation we provide a written proposal with a fixed fee or hourly budget. Clients are invoiced electronically — typically monthly or by milestone — and can pay securely online by card or bank transfer.

Refunds & disputes

Fees apply to services performed. If you have a concern about delivered work or an invoice, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you to resolve it — including revising deliverables or refunding payment for work not performed. Retainers and deposits for work not yet started are fully refundable. We respond to all billing questions within 2 business days.
